STANFORD RESEARCH PARK

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involved master planning, programming, and designing the redevelopment of a 25 acre site in a corporate research park in Palo Alto, California. The client was exploring the possibility of redesigning the site through the creation of a cluster of four new buildings, two of which are on top of a sub-grade parking garage. The goal was to achieve a more sustainable and marketable complex for multi-tenant occupancy by professional and R&D firms, including life sciences.
